Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty in Melbourne is seeking a Solutions Architect with deep OpenText ECM expertise to design scalable enterprise content solutions. The role focuses on architecture over hands-on .NET development, emphasizing integration patterns, API architecture, and secure, resilient platforms.

You will lead end-to-end ECM architecture across business units, defining repositories, content services, and platform administration, while applying SOA, microservices, and event-driven patterns

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM (xECM), and related OpenText products.
• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Deep understanding of OpenText architecture, repositories, content services, and platform administration.
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale ECM solutions across multiple business units.
• Knowledge of OpenText product integration capabilities and ecosystem.
• Experience with OpenText Capture Center (Capture) and document ingestion solutions.
• Strong understanding of OCR/ICR technologies.
• End-to-end solution architecture for ECM platforms.
• Enterprise application architecture principles.
• System integration architecture and design.

The client is looking for a technically strong ECM professional with deeper expertise across the OpenText ecosystem, particularly OpenText Content Server, Intelligent Document Processing, OpenText Capture, document classification, and content services architecture. For the .NET aspect, they are not seeking a hands-on developer but rather someone with strong solution design and architecture capabilities, including integration patterns, API architecture, scalability, security, and enterprise application design.
