Sharp & Carter is partnering with a Queensland Government agency to deliver a major digital transformation program in Brisbane. We seek a D365 Solution Architect to lead the architecture, governance and design of a large-scale case management platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.

You will own the overall solution architecture, ensuring security, scalability and enterprise-aligned design.

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a Queensland Government agency undertaking one of the state's most significant digital transformation programs. We are seeking an experienced D365 Solution Architect to lead the architecture, governance and design of a large-scale case management platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.

This program is delivering the digital foundations for a newly established statutory body responsible for critical child safeguarding functions across Queensland. The technology platform will play a central role in supporting operational effectiveness, information management and service delivery.

The Opportunity As the D365 Solution Architect, you will take ownership of the overall solution architecture, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, supportable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams and senior leadership to design and govern solutions that meet complex operational, security and information management requirements.

• Lead solution architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and associated Microsoft technologies.
• Define architecture artefacts, solution designs, integration patterns and security models.
• Drive architecture governance, assurance and technical decision making.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to platform strategy, roadmap development and future capability planning.
