Lime Recruitment is partnering with a Queensland Government client to recruit a D365 Solution Architect to govern the Case Management Platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

You will lead architecture efforts across Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform, driving secure, scalable designs and governance to meet enterprise objectives. This hybrid Brisbane role shapes roadmaps and technical direction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale business solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) and Power Platform.
• Experience with enterprise case management, workflows, documents and records management.
• Strong integration design, API-based architectures, and ALM.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution architecture leadership for the Case Management platform.
• Lead the design of Dynamics 365 architecture, including case management capabilities, workflows, data, security, and UX.
• Develop architecture artefacts, integration specs, environment strategies, and security models.
• Define configuration, customization, and extension strategies across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Lead document and content management architecture with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with Enterprise/Data Architects and delivery teams to align with data, analytics, and M365 services.
• Participate in Technical Design Authority and Architecture Review Board processes for governance and compliance.
• Provide strategic advice on platform roadmaps, technical debt, risk management, and future technology direction.

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced D365 Solution Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, governing, and assuring the architecture of a Case Management Platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide solution architecture leadership for the Case Management platform, ensuring designs align with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.

Lead the design and evolution of the Dynamics 365 architecture, including case management capabilities, workflows, data management, security, integration, and user experience.

Develop and gain approval for architecture artefacts, solution designs, integration specifications, environment strategies, and security models.

Define and govern configuration, customisation, and extension strategies across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, balancing out-of-the-box functionality with custom development.

Lead document and content management architecture, ensuring seamless integration and governance between Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data & AI Architects, Technical Leads, and delivery teams to align the platform with enterprise data, analytics, and M365 services.

Participate in Technical Design Authority and Architecture Review Board processes to drive solution assurance and ensure compliance with legislative and records management obligations.

Provide strategic advice to management regarding platform roadmaps, technical debt, risk management, and future technology direction.

About You

10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale business application solutions, with substantial experience in Solution Architecture or Lead Implementation roles.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Customer Service module), Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.

Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise case management, workflow, document management, and records management solutions.

Deep technical understanding of integration architecture, Dataverse data modelling, API-based integrations, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and security/role-based access models.

Proven capability in architecture governance, technical decision-making, and delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions in complex environments.

Outstanding stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Relevant Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
