Job summary

Staff Needed Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Solo Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen. This full-time role requires independent leadership, strong organization, and the ability to run a fast-paced kitchen autonomously.

You will design, execute, and update seasonal menus, manage stock and suppliers, maintain HACCP standards, and control costs to meet budget targets. Excellent pay and rostered hours are offered for a skilled head/solo chef.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or higher)
• Proven experience as Head Chef or Solo Chef
• Strong skills in menu planning, costing and inventory control
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure without supervision
• Valid Australian working rights and a National Police check
