Job summary

Natural Wall Finishes Group Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced renderer to join our team on residential construction projects. You will complete rendering work across internal and external surfaces, preparing substrates and applying render systems to achieve high-quality finishes.

The ideal candidate has four years or more of plastering/rendering experience, strong surface prep and finishing skills, and the ability to work independently on site.

Qualifications

• At least four years' plastering or rendering experience.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation, application and finishing.
• Experience with decorative or specialised finishes is highly valued.
• Ability to produce a clean, consistent finish.
• Reliable, punctual and professional work habits.
• Clear communication and safety awareness on site.
