The role requires a Certificate III in Solid Plastering with a Cert IV or higher in Building & Construction, a White Card, and at least one year of plastering experience. Competitive AU$75,000–AU$85,000 plus Superannuation.

Responsibilities

Smart Interior Lining & Finishing is looking for experienced Solid Plasterers to join our growing team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work on both residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality plastering services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare wall and ceiling surfaces for plastering
• Mix and apply plaster and finishing materials
• Sand, smooth, and finish plastered surfaces
• Repair and patch existing plasterwork
• Render exterior walls and moulds
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Operate hand tools (hammers, knives, trowels, floats, scrapers, mixing paddles, plasterer's hawk)
• Operate power tools (circular saws, mortar mixers, heavy-duty drills, screwguns, texture machines)
• Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople on construction projects
• Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements

• Certificate III in Solid Plastering + Cert IV or Higher in Building & Construction
• White Card
• Minimum 1 year of solid plastering experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
