Job summary

The role requires a Certificate III in Solid Plastering with a Cert IV or higher in Building & Construction, a White Card, and at least one year of plastering experience. Competitive AU$75,000–AU$85,000 plus Superannuation.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Solid Plastering plus Cert IV or higher in Building & Construction.
• White Card is required for site access.
• At least 1 year of solid plastering experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
• Physically fit with stamina for manual labour tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wall and ceiling surfaces for plastering.
• Mix and apply plaster and finishing materials.
• Sand, smooth and finish plastered surfaces.
• Repair and patch existing plasterwork.
• Render exterior walls and moulds.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Operate hand tools and power tools on site.
• Collaborate with other trades on construction projects.
• Ensure work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
