Job summary

Shine Lawyers in Geelong is seeking a part-time Solicitor or Associate in our Personal Injury team to make a real difference for clients who have been wronged. You will work 3 days per week, with flexibility on days during recruitment, and you’ll manage personal injury matters with empathy, provide high-quality advice, and build trusted client relationships while supporting a cohesive team.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• A Bachelor of Laws, and a current practising certificate.
• Post-admission experience in Personal Injury is preferred.
• A strong understanding of, and ability to interpret the relevant legislation and legal documentation.
• Enjoy working on legally challenging and factually complex matters
• Maturity and confidence to deal with clients in a trauma informed way.
• A desire to be part of a strong, cohesive team that works together to get great results
