Job summary

Shine Lawyers is seeking a high-potential law graduate for its 2027 Graduate Program in the Darwin Personal Injury team. This permanent full‑time role starts 22 February 2027 and offers hands‑on experience preparing you for a solicitor career focused on securing justice for clients who have been wronged.

As a trainee, you’ll work under a senior practitioner, assess claims, develop client relationships, and prepare detailed legal documentation, with support to balance commercial and fiduciary

• Have completed your law degree prior to the program commencing in February 2027.
• Have a passion for social justice and a thirst for knowledge in the plaintiff law space.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Be dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, with an emphasis on helping people when they need it most.
