Montgomery Advisory is representing a global law firm seeking a Solicitor to join the Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety practice in Sydney. The role involves advising clients across sectors on employment law, IR and safety matters, working closely with leading Partners.

You will provide strategic guidance on enterprise bargaining, disputes, compliance and workplace change, and you will engage in advising on major transactions with employment aspects.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years’ experience in employment law and industrial relations, gained in private practice, government or in-house.
• Strong academic credentials, communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience advising on workplace strategy, bargaining, disputes, compliance, litigation and employment aspects of major transactions.
• A curious, innovative mindset with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Our client is a leading global law firm with a market leading Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety practice. They are now looking for a talented solicitor to join the team.

The Opportunity

In this role you will work closely with leading Partners advising clients across multiple sectors on employment law, industrial relations, and safety matters.
