Qualifications

• Admitted to practice as a solicitor in NSW or eligible for admission.
• 2–5 years post-admission experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong knowledge of general legal practice areas across disciplines.
• Excellent written and oral communication with ability to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice.
• Proficiency in legal research, case management and document drafting.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice across multiple practice areas including commercial, property, litigation, and general matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and commercial agreements for clients.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client advice.
• Manage client relationships with clear, professional communication.
• Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings and other court documents as required.
• Attend meetings and negotiations with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to development/maintenance of legal resources and templates.
• Assist with compliance with legislative requirements and professional obligations.
• Support business development and client relationship activities.
