• Australian-admitted solicitor with 2–3 years’ PAE required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills demanded.
• Confident communicating directly with clients is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, independent worker who also collaborates effectively.
• Practical, commercial approach to legal problem-solving.
• Professional, approachable, and committed to client service.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own files and progress matters efficiently.
• Conduct client conferences and provide practical legal advice.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare advice.
• Handling conveyancing and property transactions and related matters.
• Assist with immigration and visa matters.
• Handle family law matters and liaise with clients and practitioners.
• Manage debt recovery matters and estates administration.
• Prepare wills and estate planning documents; assist with estate administration.
• Appear in or assist with matters before courts and tribunals as appropriate.
• Liaise with clients, barristers, courts and other stakeholders; maintain file management and time recording.
