Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' post-admission experience in an Australian legal practice.
• A current Australian practising certificate.
• Demonstrated practical experience in family law, migration or litigation.
• The ability to manage client files independently, with appropriate supervision and support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong legal drafting, research and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in dealing directly with clients.
• A willingness to appear in court when required.
• Excellent organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities
