Job summary

SolaX Power is seeking a Technical Support Engineer based in New South Wales, Australia, to be the primary technical contact for our Australian customer base, providing advanced support for solar inverters and energy storage systems. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of local industry standards an advantage.

You will handle remote diagnostics, installation support, issue resolution, and technical training, collaborating with engineering teams, reviewing designs for compatibility,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Technical experience with solar inverters, PV systems and/or battery energy storage systems.
• Previous experience in technical support, field service, or technical engineering roles.
• Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms, remote diagnostic tools, and communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical support to customers, installers, and partners via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with solar inverters and battery systems.
• Guide users through fault diagnosis and resolution procedures.
• Review solar and battery system designs to ensure compatibility with SolaX products.
• Assist with remote commissioning and configuration of installed systems.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues.
