Think Renewable in Sydney is hiring entry-level solar sales representatives with full training and WHV accepted. You’ll engage homeowners across Sydney, build rapport, qualify leads, and close deals, with weekly coaching and a clear path to rapid progression.

You'll start with a base of $34.76 per hour plus super, paid weekly, and uncapped commissions on top. Expect an OTE of $70,000–$95,000 with performance bonuses and a fast-track career ladder at a brand-new Surry Hills HQ.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with full sales training provided.
• No prior direct sales experience needed; retail background welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Travel across Sydney to speak with homeowners about solar and battery solutions.
• Build rapport, qualify leads, and close sales with commission-based pay.
• Meet daily targets with weekly coaching and a supportive team.
• Own your patch, pipeline, and performance from week one.
• Develop a complete sales skill set beyond retail experience.
• Receive weekly recognitions and incentives for results.
