Think Renewable in Sydney is hiring entry-level solar sales representatives with full training and WHV accepted. You’ll engage homeowners across Sydney, build rapport, qualify leads, and close deals, with weekly coaching and a clear path to rapid progression.

You'll start with a base of $34.76 per hour plus super, paid weekly, and uncapped commissions on top. Expect an OTE of $70,000–$95,000 with performance bonuses and a fast-track career ladder at a brand-new Surry Hills HQ.
