Zusammenfassung

PSD Energy seeks a Solar Project Engineer to join our solar team, delivering commercial, industrial, and utility-scale PV projects from early design through handover. You’ll work with project managers, engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality solar solutions.

You will contribute to design, modelling, and QA/QC, with experience in SLDs, layouts, cable sizing, and energy yield assessments, and you will travel to project sites as required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in solar PV design, implementation, or project engineering.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, or utility-scale solar projects.

Aufgaben

• Support design and delivery of solar PV projects across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications.
• Develop and review electrical designs, including SLDs, layouts, schematics, cable schedules, and system configurations.
• Perform system modelling, load calculations, cable sizing, energy yield assessments, and performance optimisation.
• Support projects through feasibility, concept design, construction, and handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical issues.
