Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant operations and on-site personnel for our solar and BESS projects in Australia. You will conduct electrical and HV tasks, review permits, and ensure HSE compliance while coordinating with suppliers and the engineering team.

Responsibilities include BOP/BESS maintenance, SCADA monitoring support, alarm response, and planning maintenance through CMMS.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to supervise plant operations and site personnel.
• Able to perform electrical and HV works and read plans.
• Experience with SCADA, data loggers, routers and data communications.
• Valid licenses and safety certifications: Electrical license, White Card, First Aid, LV Rescue.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation of the Plant and site personnel.
• Perform electrical and HV works.
• Review permits and HSE compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage tickets/warranty claims.
• Ensure safety remains the highest priority and prepare reports.
