Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to support our solar and storage projects on-site. You will replace components, maintain inverters, and work with the engineering team on SCADA tasks, ensuring rapid fault repairs and thorough documentation.

You will also coordinate with subcontractors, conduct inductions, and follow WHS policies while keeping detailed records in our CMMS. Travel to projects will be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical License (unrestricted) is required.
• High Voltage Switching knowledge is required.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Current and valid Driver’s License is required.
• First Aid (CPR) & LV Rescue training is required.
• Australian Work Rights are required.

Responsibilities

• Replace key components in solar plants and storage projects.
• Maintain inverters and electrical components on site.
• Collaborate with Engineering on SCADA-related tasks.
• Respond promptly to faults and perform repairs.
• Manage subcontractors, inductions, and daily crew briefings.
• Document work with time tracking and CMMS updates.
• Adhere to WHS policies and complete on-site reports.
