Job summary

RenewCo Solar in Sydney NSW is seeking an experienced Solar Install Team Leader to guide a team of solar installers, ensuring high-quality installations and exceptional customer satisfaction. This full-time role combines hands-on technical work with people leadership to deliver projects on time and safely.

You will oversee daily operations, enforce safety standards, mentor staff, coordinate timelines across sites and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• Current electrical qualifications and SAA certification.
• Proven experience supervising solar installation teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of solar installers on projects.
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards and timelines.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
