Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have an A-grade licence and SAA accreditation.
- Strong track record in solar and battery installation.
- Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of a job.
- Willing to mentor and develop apprentices and electricians.
- Excellent communication with customers, the office and the team.
- Owns mistakes and fixes them rather than blaming others.
- Hold a Full Australian driver’s licence.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site teams and take ownership of projects.
- Coordinate with the office to plan start times and job flow.
- Mentor and develop apprentices and junior electricians.
- Ensure high-quality solar and battery installations.
- Maintain client relationships and accurate site communication.
