Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in procurement analysis or strategic sourcing.
• Ability to interpret supplier, cost, market and project information.
• Experience in preparing clear reports and recommendations for management.
• Experience in reviewing business processes and developing procurement procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organise and maintain procurement information for solar and battery projects.
• Research and analyse market information for major solar equipment and systems.
• Develop evidence-based sourcing strategies considering technical specs, supplier capability and cost.
• Evaluate tenders and prepare written management recommendations.
• Analyse expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Design and maintain procurement information frameworks and reporting systems.
