AGL Energy is leading the transition to a cleaner energy future. The Asset Performance Engineer role focuses on ensuring reliability, performance and optimisation of distributed energy assets such as solar PV systems.

You will work across monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities, collaborating with contractors and internal teams to maximise asset performance for customers and stakeholders. Sydney or Melbourne base предлагается, with on-site work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with solar PV performance monitoring and fault diagnosis desirable.
• Ability to interpret technical data and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse distributed energy asset performance to identify faults.
• Provide remote technical support and occasional on-site assistance to contractors.
• Support service case management and liaise with suppliers on technical issues and warranties.
• Handle onboarding of new energy assets including design and handover reviews.
• Review contractor documentation from maintenance activities.
• Lead investigations into complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors.
