Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a STEM discipline.
• Experience in solar PV design, monitoring and/or operations.
• SAA / CEC qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
• Sound understanding of Australian standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and manage priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse system performance to identify faults.
• Provide remote technical support and site-based assistance to contractors.
• Support service case management and warranty claims with suppliers.
• Complete onboarding of newly installed energy assets, including reviews.
• Review contractor documentation from planned and reactive maintenance.
• Lead investigations into complex issues and drive improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors.
