Digital Native is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead in Brisbane to run one of its teams building cloud-native SaaS. You’ll work with product and design, set the technical direction, and own how the team ships: small increments, CI/CD, and robust test automation.

• Shipped production code in TypeScript/React or C#/.NET Core.
• Designed and run cloud-native systems with containers, infrastructure as code and proper monitoring.
• Made delivery calls with product managers, not just taken tickets from them.

Responsibilities

$180,000 to $190,000 + super | Permanent | Brisbane | 2 days a week in office

You’d rather grow engineers than write every line yourself, but you still want your hands in the code when it counts. This role gives you both.

A Brisbane software product company needs an Software Engineering Team Lead to run one of its teams building cloud-native SaaS. You’ll work side by side with product and design, set the technical direction, and own how the team ships: small increments, strong CI/CD, real test automation, and systems that stay up.

Most of your time goes on people. You’ll coach, give honest feedback, hand out stretch work, and build a team where people raise problems early.

You’ll fit if you’ve:

• Led an agile team delivering a SaaS product against sprint goals
• Shipped production code in TypeScript/React or C#/.NET Core
• Designed and run cloud-native systems with containers, infrastructure as code and proper monitoring
• Made delivery calls with product managers, not just taken tickets from them

Time in enterprise SaaS, end user tech or another complex domain helps.
