Energetica is hiring to enhance and support our end-to-end platform for enterprise energy and renewables. You’ll join a small, fast-growing team building modern software across a distributed architecture, serving customers globally.

We value quick learning, strong coding skills, and a hands-on attitude. Roles include collaboration with all team levels, and a willingness to work across testing, energy analysis, and product delivery.

Qualifications

• Production system development experience in any stack.
• Experience with type-safe languages (TypeScript/Java/Kotlin).
• Strong CS fundamentals and software construction knowledge.
• Energy domain experience not required; training available.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and extend platform capabilities.
• Build and support software with a distributed architecture across multiple customers/tenants.
• Learn complex new concepts rapidly and test new features.
• Provide constructive feedback and collaborate across the team.
• Contribute across roles from testing to energy analysis.
