Energetica in Melbourne is seeking a customer-focused support professional to help our customers succeed with the Energetica Platform and industry tools. You’ll handle inquiries across multiple channels and resolve issues with speed and clarity.

You’ll work with a small, energetic team in a fast-growing energy tech company, bringing practical knowledge of energy markets and data tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL to every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar role.
• Experience with data analysis or query tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Strong understanding of energy industry concepts (market, tariffs, NMI, NEM12).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across Jira, phone, email, chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and guide customers to resolution.
• Document and track issues in tickets and knowledge base.
• Provide product training to customers.
• Offer operational support on industry and platform processes.
• Maintain professionalism and high level of customer service under stress.
• Test new features and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the product and processes.
