Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and evaluate system and program requirements to determine software needs.
• Identify limitations and deficiencies in existing systems, processes, procedures, and methods.
• Design, develop, modify, and maintain software applications and systems to meet technical specifications and business requirements.
• Write, update, and maintain program code in accordance with established quality and coding standards.
• Test, debug, diagnose, and correct software errors and faults, ensuring applications perform to specification.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, end-user guides, and operational procedures.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on software design, development strategies, and technology solutions, including financial evaluation and cost analysis for software purchases and upgrades.
• Implement, install, and support software applications and systems, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
