Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in planning, development, implementation and maintenance of medium to large applications.
• Strong Java skills across platforms and experience with database programming.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Undertake software development work on applications in the Passenger Information Portfolio (PIP) Unit, delivering projects that meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate delivery of development, configuration and enhancements with IT vendors, contractors and staff, monitoring time, cost and quality.
• Develop diagnostic and monitoring tools to manage passenger information and deliver feature-rich improvements.
