The Salvation Army Salvos Stores in Bendigo is seeking an Area Manager to lead a network of stores across VIC North/ACT, based at Whip Court Salvos Store, Bendigo. You will drive performance, coach staff and volunteers, and foster a strong community-focused retail operation.

You will partner with the Regional Manager to achieve KPIs, uphold merchandising standards, and advance safety and service while delivering social impact across the region.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple retail sites.
• Excellent people leadership and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business reporting.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on community impact.
• Diploma in Retail, Business or Management desirable.
• Valid driver’s licence essential.

Salvos Stores is looking for a passionate and experienced Area Manager to lead a network of retail stores across VIC North/ACT areas. Based in the Greater Bendigo region, with your office located at Whip Court Salvos Store, Bendigo, this permanent full-time opportunity offers the chance to combine strong retail leadership with purpose-driven work that helps transform lives and strengthen communities.

At Salvos Stores, every item sold funds life-changing programs run by The Salvation Army. Our retail model is dynamic--no two days (or donations!) are ever the same. As an Area Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering store teams, improving community outcomes, and ensuring exceptional in-store experiences for customers and donors alike.

What You'll Do
