We’re seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a talented engineering team building complex SaaS products that power critical customer operations. You’ll bring technical depth, agile discipline, and a modern leadership approach that balances structure with creativity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of full‑stack engineers.
• Own sprint planning, estimation and delivery cadence.
• Maintain quality through code reviews, testing, and process improvement.
• Guide architecture and design decisions across Node.js, TypeScript, React, and MongoDB.
• Partner closely with product and delivery teams to align technical execution with business goals.
• Strengthen CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks and automation.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable and positive engineering culture.
