Resonate CX is an Australian tech start‑up that offers an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee solutions leverage machine learning, text analytics and data visualisations to help companies close the feedback loop faster and deliver actionable insights.

We're looking for a Software Developer to strengthen the team in our North Sydney office.

Responsibilities

• Augment Resonate CX’s product and client delivery by contributing to an agile engineering culture and balancing high‑quality outputs with pace.
• Collaborate across front‑end and back‑end teams.
• Participate in peer reviews, code quality, and knowledge sharing.
• Support continuous improvement and keep up with the latest technologies.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in a software development role.
• 3+ years of experience with C# / .NET.
• At least 1 year of Azure or other cloud experience.
• Experience with front‑end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, Node.js, webpack, npm).
• Degree or tertiary qualification in Computer Science.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in AI‑adoption, prompt engineering or LLM‑based automation.

Nice to haves

• Experience in a SaaS product company.
• Mobile development experience.
