Job summary

Paramount Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Softlines Licensing Manager in Sydney to drive revenue and protect brand integrity by developing licensing strategies across a diverse portfolio. You will oversee licensee partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure maximum impact across multiple categories.

The role requires strong negotiation, financial acumen, and collaborative leadership within a fast-paced media and consumer products environment.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating and structuring licensing deals.
• Knowledge of the ANZ retail landscape is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen to synthesize data and drive decisions.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• People-oriented with ability to lead or contribute to diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of Softline licensing programs with the ANZ Director to meet growth plans.
• Lead licensee and partner relationships, ensuring brand standards and contracts.
• Negotiate licensing agreements and renewals with legal and finance input.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams for strategic alignment and best practices.
