Job summary

Elysium Digital in Canberra is seeking an experienced Senior SOE Engineer / Modern Workplace Lead to drive an endpoint transformation program focused on modern, secure, cloud-first workplace services.

You will design, build and uplift endpoints, lead Intune initiatives, and collaborate with cloud, security and identity stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale endpoint transformation programs.
• Migration from traditional endpoint management platforms to Intune-first environments.
• Cloud-native workplace implementations.
• Experience supporting government, enterprise or highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to architecture activities including solution design, standards development and technical governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build and deployment of modern Windows endpoint and SOE solutions.
• Drive Microsoft Intune capabilities including configuration, governance and optimisation.
• Design and implement modern provisioning approaches using Autopilot and cloud-native device deployment.
• Develop and maintain endpoint security baselines, compliance policies and hardening standards.
• Manage application packaging, deployment and lifecycle management in a modern endpoint environment.
• Contribute to technical architecture, standards, implementation patterns and design documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
• Work closely with cloud, identity, security and application stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support the transition of solutions into operational support and service management functions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SOE Engineer / Modern Workplace Lead to join a major endpoint transformation program focused on delivering modern, secure, cloud-first workplace services.

This role will suit a senior engineer who enjoys operating at the intersection of architecture and delivery, combining hands-on technical expertise with technical leadership and solution design responsibilities.

Working within a highly skilled project team, you will play a key role in designing, building and uplifting modern endpoint management capabilities while helping shape future-state End User Computing services.

Key Responsibilities
