As a Senior Social Worker in the Child Development Service, you'll help children and families access the support they need to better understand and navigate developmental challenges. Working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to positive outcomes that strengthen wellbeing, connection and participation in everyday life.
You're an experienced social worker who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. You communicate with confidence, build trusted relationships and approach complex situations with integrity, courage and respect. You'll take pride in helping children and families feel heard, supported and understood while contributing to better long‑term developmental outcomes.
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience supporting children with developmental needs and/or advanced training in child development, family‑centred practice or clinical leadership.
