Applicants must hold a Social Work degree and be eligible for AASW membership, with supervision and opportunities for professional development and mentoring new staff.

Qualifications

• Social Work degree required with eligibility for AASW membership.
• Understand social work practice, legislation and policy with ability to manage workload autonomously.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams; advocate for patients and families.
• Keen to learn, contribute to research and professional development, and help improve services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based social work to help patients and families navigate psychosocial challenges.
• Grow clinical confidence by handling increasingly complex cases with supervision.
