Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Social Worker for the Mental Health Clinical Program. You will deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused mental health care and lead psychosocial and family assessments, care planning and reviews.

You will coordinate care and provide crisis, rehabilitation and assertive support, building strong partnerships with consumers, families and services. Join CALHN to contribute to education, research and continuous improvement while working

About the Role

  • A degree eligible for AASW full membership
  • Clinical experience in mental health and complex care

  • Strong care planning, intervention and risk assessment skills
  • Collaborative practice across multidisciplinary teams
