Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a social work leader to oversee a skilled team across CALHN’s sites, delivering expert clinical care through the social work department's Single Service, Multiple Site model.

You will lead staff, workload and clinical standards, guide supervision and participate in research, driving quality improvement and partnerships across CALHN’s health network.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Social Work degree eligible for full AASW membership.
  • Substantial recent clinical social work experience.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
  • Apply evidence based practice and sound clinical judgement.
  • Drive service improvement, research and clinical evaluation.
