Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) seeks a Social Worker to deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused mental health care across Adelaide locations.

You will lead psychosocial assessments, care planning and reviews, coordinate care with consumers, families and services, and contribute to education, research and quality improvement. A degree eligible for AASW full membership is required. This is a permanent full-time position with salary packaging and flexible work options.

• Salary: AHP-2 $94,997 – $110,052 p.a. + super + salary packaging
• Contract: Permanent full time
