Bairnsdale Regional Health Service is seeking a qualified Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Allied Health team. You will deliver high-quality social work services across acute, sub-acute and community settings, focusing on crisis support, psychosocial assessments and discharge planning.
You will work with a supportive multidisciplinary team, have a meaningful caseload, and contribute to person-centred care and professional development within BRHS.

The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight with a monthly ADO.
Flexible arrangements, including job share opportunities, will be considered for the right candidate.
An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified and experienced Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Allied Health team. Working across a diverse range of clinical areas, you will provide high-quality social work services that support improved health outcomes for patients and families. You will deliver impactful services including crisis support, psychosocial assessments, loss and grief counselling, advocacy, child protection and discharge planning.
