Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a dedicated professional to own workforce and social value reporting for a government-funded Port Melbourne infrastructure project. The role involves coordinating data across project teams, HR, procurement and client interfaces, and delivering auditable reports to governance bodies and government agencies.

You will manage data on workforce hours, apprentices, Indigenous and local employment, and social procurement spend, turning large datasets into accurate insights.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or degree in business, HR or commerce.
• Workforce or procurement data reporting and validation experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce, procurement and social value data from teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for project, client and government audiences.
• Monitor compliance with workforce, training and social procurement commitments.
• Build dashboards and scorecards that track performance against project targets.
• Validate data and resolve quality issues with project stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Maintain auditable records and support internal and external audits.
• Improve reporting templates, systems and procedures to lift data quality.
