Job summary

ACCIONA in Port Melbourne seeks a dedicated professional to own workforce and social value reporting for a government-funded infrastructure project. You will manage data on workforce hours, apprentices, Indigenous and local employment, and social procurement spend, coordinating with Project Controls, HR, Procurement, Commercial and subcontractors.

You will turn large data sets into auditable reports for governance committees, the client, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, HR or commerce.
• Experience in workforce or procurement data reporting and validation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and dashboards.
• Knowledge of government policy reporting and workforce targets.
• Experience in infrastructure or government-funded projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce, procurement and social value data from teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for project, client and government audiences.
• Monitor compliance with workforce, training and social procurement commitments.
• Build dashboards and scorecards that track performance against project targets.
• Validate data and resolve quality issues with project stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Maintain auditable records and support internal and external audits.
• Improve reporting templates, systems and procedures to lift data quality.
