Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery (OMID) seeks a Social Value Manager to embed social value into WA’s major infrastructure program. You’ll lead a diverse portfolio across industry outcomes, sustainability, supplier engagement, and community benefits, delivering practical frameworks, measures and reporting to ensure consistent value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing social value, community benefit, sustainability strategies in a complex environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including measuring performance and evaluating outcomes.
• Experience managing complex programs across multiple teams and projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with government, industry and stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare clear, persuasive reports and recommendations for senior audiences.
• Alignment to DTMI values: Collaboration, Wellbeing, Adaptability and Accountability.
