Responsibilities

• Lead governance and assurance activities across major infrastructure programs and projects.
• Provide strategic advice to senior executives on governance, risk, compliance and decision-making matters.
• Manage a high-performing team to coordinate executive governance forums, steering committees and related reporting.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies and processes.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple government agencies.
• Identify and escalation governance, assurance and delivery risks requiring executive attention.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance maturity, accountability and reporting practices.
