Western Power WA in Perth CBD is searching for a Social Performance Team Leader to guide a high-performing engagement team delivering critical energy transition projects. This role is pivotal in managing community relationships and social impact across major infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in social performance programs and demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. The position offers flexible work arrangements and numerous perks to support career development.

Qualificações

• At least 10+ years’ experience in delivering engagement and/or social performance programs.
• Experience in mining, construction and/or large infrastructure programs.
• Proven ability to execute large, complex programs of work.
