Akcelo is seeking a Social Manager to elevate brand presence across social channels, lead community engagement, and drive influencer collaborations for multiple brands. You will craft authentic content, respond to trends, and work with creatives and strategists to deliver standout social ideas.

Formación

• 3-4 years of experience in social media, ideally from an agency background.
• Confident communication skills with stakeholders inside and outside the business.
• Experience collaborating with creatives, strategists and producers to push boundaries.
• Ability to run influencer-led campaigns in an authentic, on-brand way.
• Comfortable shooting content for social platforms and formats.
• Passion for subcultures and sharing personal insights with audiences.
• Ability to juggle multiple brands, priorities and tones of voice.
• Strong writing skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful and capable of working under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of community for a brand, including engagement, influencer connections and content creation.
• Moderate and engage owned social channels across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
• Distill large data into insightful reports for brand and insights teams.
• Sell ideas to clients and foster strong client relationships to build equity and trust.
• Adapt creative for different social channels and push boundaries when needed.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, social teams and clients to deliver best practice.
