Kinetic IT is seeking a Social Performance Specialist who turns commitments into measurable outcomes across bids, contracts and customer reporting. You’ll craft persuasive, compliant content and drive governance through evidence libraries and obligation registers.

You’ll collaborate with delivery teams, bid specialists and customers to ensure accurate data, robust reporting and continual improvement of social impact across government contracts.

Qualifications

• Clear, persuasive tender, proposal or customer-facing content.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence interpreting contractual, policy or compliance requirements.
• Experience with reporting frameworks, governance processes or assurance activities.
• Experience with performance dashboards, reporting tools or data analysis.
• Audit, compliance or contractual reporting experience.

This is an opportunity to work across government contracts, bids and tenders, partnering with stakeholders across the business to shape commitments, monitor performance and strengthen our social impact reporting and governance frameworks.

The Role

In this role, you’ll help turn our social performance commitments into meaningful, measurable outcomes across bids, contracts and customer reporting. You’ll:

• Create compelling, compliant social performance content that strengthens tenders and proposals.

What you’ll bring
