Pixie Wing in Melbourne is hiring a Social Media & Partnerships Manager to lead organic social and creator partnerships. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and Brand and with our in-house creative team.

You will own Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, build partnerships with creators, grow a premium community, and be on set for content days in Melbourne. This is a mostly remote, full-time contract role with a start in November 2026.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in social media and/or influencer marketing.
• Based in Melbourne and readily available for content days and shoots.
• You have a natural eye; content looks premium.
• Organic content is your strength; Canva/design skills matter less.
• You can show content you've made that stayed premium and reached.
• You know how to find and keep creators long-term.
• Hands-on and autonomous; you’ll take the reins after onboarding.
• Creative freedom while staying on brand.

• Spot trends early and adapt to a 25+ audience while keeping brand alignment.

• Be on set for content days and shoots in Melbourne.
• Brief and collaborate with designers and the creative lead.

We're hiring a Social Media & Partnerships Manager to lead our organic social and creator partnerships. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and Brand and new Creative Lead, with regular contact with our CEO and support from our in-house creative team.

Most brands choose between content that looks great and gets no reach, or content that goes lo-fi to get reach. We want both. Polished, premium, fun, and still earning reach.

What you'll do

• You can show content you've made that stayed premium and still got reach
• You know how to find the right creators and keep them for the long term
• Hands-on and autonomous. Once onboarded, you'll take the reins without needing to be handheld
• You use creative freedom well and keep it on brand

How we work

• Small, collaborative, supportive team with minimal red tape
• Mostly remote. Most of the team is in Melbourne, so expect some catch-ups and in-person co-working
• Frequent contact via Slack and calls. Briefs and feedback in Slack, assets in a shared drive
• Creative freedom once you're properly onboarded, as long as it stays on brand
• Contract role, full time. Start: [date] November 2026
• Rate: AUD $400-480 per day (approx. $100,000-120,000 a year, based on 250 days).
