Job summary

Pixie Wing in Melbourne is hiring a Social Media & Partnerships Manager to lead organic social and creator partnerships. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and Brand and with our in-house creative team.

You will own Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, build partnerships with creators, grow a premium community, and be on set for content days in Melbourne. This is a mostly remote, full-time contract role with a start in November 2026.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media and/or influencer marketing.
• Based in Melbourne and readily available for content days and shoots.
• You have a natural eye; content looks premium.
• Organic content is your strength; Canva/design skills matter less.
• You can show content you've made that stayed premium and reached.
• You know how to find and keep creators long-term.
• Hands-on and autonomous; you’ll take the reins after onboarding.
• Creative freedom while staying on brand.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts: ideas, planning, creation and posting.
• Build content for core communities (healthcare workers and gym-goers).
• Spot trends early and adapt to a 25+ audience while keeping brand alignment.
• Find, sign and grow creator/UGC partnerships with quality over quantity.
• Build a real community around the brand, not just a follower count.
• Be on set for content days and shoots in Melbourne.
• Brief and collaborate with designers and the creative lead.
