Job description

$70,000 - $75,000 + super | Melbourne, on the road | Tableside

Tableside is a hospitality-only marketing agency. Every account on our books is a venue, restaurant, bar, or hospitality group. No fashion brands, no SaaS, no property developers. Just operators.

We're hiring a Content Creator to work under one of our Melbourne pods, reporting directly to the pod's marketing executive. You'll be out at venues most days capturing content for both paid and organic, then in the edit turning it into video that actually performs.

Why this role, right now

Tableside has spent the last four years getting good at one thing: marketing for hospitality. We've grown to a team of 8 and a roster of 24 venues across Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide, and we're now at the point where we're scaling properly.

Over the next two years, we're opening pods in Sydney and Perth, building toward a 50-client roster, and developing a hospitality SaaS platform alongside the agency. The 10-year goal is to be the agency every serious operator in the country wants to work with.

This isn't a seat in an established machine. You're joining while we're still building it.

What the role actually is

You're the engine room of content for your pod. Your marketing executive owns strategy, client relationships and what gets approved. You own turning that into real, high-volume content, both the ad creative that goes into paid campaigns and the lo-fi social content that keeps a venue's feed alive day to day.

Day to day, you'll be:

Visiting venues across your pod's roster to capture content for both paid ads and organic social: kitchen moments, floor energy, dishes, drinks, the room

Editing everything you shoot into short-form video ready to run as ads or post organically

Building the odd Canva asset when a venue needs something static

Organising every asset into the shared Drive properly and on time, so our content system can pick it up and build out the posting calendar

Working closely with your pod's marketing executive on what each venue needs and when

Who you are

You can shoot and edit fast, and make it look good. CapCut, Premiere, whatever, we care about the output

You've got a genuine feel for what performs on social and in ads. You know why a video works before the numbers confirm it

You're organised. Content only works if it lands in the right place, named properly, on time

Comfortable being out and about most days rather than sitting at a desk

Bonus if you've got hospitality experience or just genuinely love food and venues

What's on offer

$70,000 to $75,000 plus super, depending on experience

Melbourne-based, working across a pod's venue roster

Real ownership of the content that fuels both paid and organic

A team of driven people pushing for the highest outcome
